4th Generation Questions Questions Questions... Again lol and pix!

For 5sfe 1997 camry auto
So i took my car in for an inspection because the CEL came on and i decided to get an inspection and computer diagnostic done. Now what it came up with is...

ONBOARD COMPUTER DIAGNOSTICS
CODES PO300, 301 RETRIEVED, CAR EQUIPPED WITH COLD AIR INTAKE
* Now from what i am reading, code 300 is random misfire and 301 is Cylinder #1 misfire. I am wondering, which cylinder is cylinder #1?

GASKETS - ENGINE
cq SPARK PLUG SEALS
+ REMOVE & REPLACE SPARK PLUG TUBE SEAL ALL
*How do i know when i have hit 30 lbs torque?

: IGNITION WIRES :
09475 IGNITION WIRE SET
REMOVE & REPLACE SPARK PLUG WIRE SET
Replace all secondary ignition wires

Thats basically everything. Once i fix those problems does the cel just turn off and go back to normal or is there a set of things i need to do to turn it off? oh i got pix of my car with the ugly muffler and my dirty engine bay (getting it steam cleaned soon) too =[ enjoy the oil leaks lol

Cylinder #1 is the one closest to the timing chain (technically, the front of the engine).

The best way to get to 30 ft lbs torque is to get yourself a torque wrench. Otherwise, it needs to be a snug feel, these hold the valve cover down and help seal the gasket (you are talking about the seals on the top, right?)

Depending on the brand of spark plug wires they usually have the number on each wire.
