Stupid question needs a quick answer

Hi
Im looking to replace the bulb on the high mount stop, cant manage to get the cover of...what do I do. P.S. I have searched the forum couldnt find anything, but if you know of one and could direct me to it that would be great. (high mount stop in the break light in the interior of the car.)

Hold it firmly with both hands at the sides. Use your thumb to push in and then pull up. Push in between the middle and the corner of the back.
