do I have a eyless entry system?

So yeah I wanted to know if I had a keyless entry system intalled in my car. Its a 1997 Camry and it has a little red button on the left side of the streering wheel(where all the other switches are) that flashes all the time, you can also push it in and the horn will go off when you press it like 2-3 times(it sounds just like the keyless entry systems do). I got the car from an auction so I dont really know much about it. All I have is the key.
and if I do have a keyless entry system already installed what will I have to do for one of those universal remotes to work? Thanks in advance.

I think so because I have a 99 camry with factory keyless entry with that button on the side.

I wanted a spare set of keys so I went to the closest toyota and they gave me a used keyless entry remote, I don't remember how much they charged me though.

Your best bet is to go to the closest toyota dealer and have them check your wiring, if you don't know how to do it yourself. If you already have the wiring installed all they have to do is match the frequency and give you a keyless remote. A universal remote would be hard and prone to not working. If you get an alarm installed, they usually just tap the keyless wiring into the control box for the alarm so you can use the alarm remote for keyless.
