3rd Generation Need a Gen 3 "lighting specialist"

What's up Bros.

I have a 95 Camry LE 5FSE Auto 4DR.

My turn signals and hazzards do not blink any more... I have to manually go up and down with the turnsingal lever to turn ( can be very dangerous sometimes), and press the hazzard button in and out when I'm parked.
Also my trunk lights stays on so I've had to disconnect the entire trunk light housing.
Beleive it or not that little trunk light being on has drained my battery little by little.
The topper is that I used to have clear bulbs and would have to by new red plastic bulb covers every month because the heat would fade the covers until my brake lights looked a very gay shade of peach.
I have recently purchased some Red LED's for my brake lights since I have all clears in the back.
Now the 2 stage is not working, you only see my brake lights when I stop, other than that you don't see my soft red brake/running lights any more.
I understand that when you put in LED'S the pull is low and you get wacky reactions from your lights. NOT to mention my light sensor is on because it thinks my lights are out...FINE.

I put my old clear bulbs with red covers back in and get the same result now.
I also have a remote starter/alarm.

Heres the mental picture.... While driving you only see the the small red lights at the end of my lens( the lights that run parellel to the street/Running lights ) and my license plate light.
Other than that you only see my brake lights when I press my brakes even with regular bulbs not LED's in them . PLEASE HELP............

Does anyone happen to know someone in PHILLY PA, who knows about Automotive Lighting besides the Stealership.

P.S. I know I should have searched a little more but I don't have the time.

Please understand.....

THANKS!

Cool

Theres a component that runs your turn signal lights/hazard lights. They are known to go bad and just need to be replaced. As far as your trunk light, check the switch below where the latch is, those can go bad as well. I don't really know what could cause your brake lights to do that, but check the fuses and all the wiring going to them to see if there are any breaks in the wiring. That can sometimes be the culprit.

Hope this helps!

First of all, check the flasher or flashers that control the trun signals and the hazzard lights. You may just want to replace it. The owner's manual should show you the location. I think that is the component BlueFusion6851 was referring to. If that doesn't solve the problem, then check the loom of wires in the trunk by the driver's side trunk hinge. Open up the loom and check for broken or frayed wires in there. The wires inside there have a tendancy to frey and break from all the flexing that loom goes through from all the opening and the closing of the trunk lid. Repair any wires that are frayed or broken.

If i remember correctly the flasher unit you are referring to should be part of the actual hazard switch. When i removed the hazard switch , i found it had a bigger unit than i expected. I was told that the unit controls your flashers
