You can either fiberglass or expoxy it to fix the bumber or buy a new one
but i wouldn't put a bra on the car they mess up your paint and they take away from the car

Bumpers are really crappy on 4th gen... That being said, it's fixable, but i'd do it from the inners side, epoxy + a good patch of fiberglss to reinforce it... If you'll do it right, you won't even have to paint it...

Not sure if straight epoxy with firberglass would hold up/adhere to the plastic well enough, but I agree you need to apply a patch and reinforcement from the back and then a little filler from the front. Check with your local autobody jobber supply house. They will lilkely carry special products to repair these plastic bumpers. You will very likely need it painted to make the repair transparent, but you might be able to get someone to do that for $100-$200 if you bring it to them separately.

probably not the cheapest, but the easiest thing to do would be buy a new bumper cover, have it painted and slap it on. OEM bumpers can be had from yards or ebay for 80-100 bucks. You may even be able to find one that matches decently. Good luck.
