4th Generation Running lights inop

The daytime running lights have stopped working on my '00 Camry.

Does anyone know how to diagnose this? For me, driving without the running lights is like driving without seatbelts .

Thanks,

Middlemap

i have a 00 camry too and im trying to find a way i can turn that off. It like even with the headlights on, there are places where I can see. I was thinking of getting HID but if i put it in stock housing im afraid i might get pulled over. My friend told me to get the bootleg HIDs but they are too bright and i have no way of turning them off.

Psgr side at fire wall, has a resistor mounted on bracket, labeled HOT, pull that connector off or pull out the DRL relay.

Is seems that I had a high beam out which caused the running lights to stop working. All fixed now. Thanks for your input. How I didnt't realize a high beam was out is beyond me.
