What part is this, and can I get a new one?

I recently got a 99 Camry LE - power everything, 90k miles

It needs some body work - 3 out of 4 corners are dented - passenger side mirror is duct taped together, couple scratches on the sides and back bumper.

However, the area where the power seat buttons are, the plastic housing there is broken. What is that called, I've searched all over and no one knows what I'm talking about.

It's on the driver's side, attached to the seat, right above the mechanism for the power seats.

Also, how do I know if the side view mirror is heated or non heated?

Go to the dealer, and bring your car. Have them order the part you need. Make sure you have your VIN handy when you go, and ask them if the mirrors are heated (Which I doubt in an LE).
