If I did the battery off, the alarm was turned on. How can I disable the alarm?

No remote?

Ummm....look for the "valet" switch. It's usually located on the drivers kick panel.

Depress it until the alarm stops and you hear a beep.

So you dont have any remotes or anything?

There should be a button on the inside somewhere to turn it off. My 94 had one installed, and there was a button on the top of the dash that you had to hold for about 20 seconds to disable it.
