Spare Lug nuts?

first, i would like to introduce myself. i know im new and this will be my FIRST post.

my name is Hung and im just borrowing my sister's camry to get around. in return, im getting her new rims to replace her steelies, all service done, and keeping her car clean.

i just got a set of 16" from a 2001 V6 XLE and im looking for the lug bolt / nuts. i found some on ebay and i think they're way overprice so i'm gonna give this place a try to see if anyone has some spare ones laying around. thanks

I dunno what your definition of overpriced is. You're looking at 20 lug nuts total. You can get some cheapo ones from your local parts store for $2/pc or less, so maybe $40, which is the same as all the ebay auctions.

Plus you're in the bay area man... overpriced is definitely a term reserved for much pricier items around here.

I went to Napa, AutoZone, Dealer, etc, and ALL are $5 a lug for OEM ones. It sucks. Check Ebay every couple of days, and post a Wanted To Buy thread for the lugs in the WTB section of this site. "WTB: Set of OEM Camry Alloy Wheel Closed End Lugnuts" would be an appropriot title for it.

Good Luck!

my rims had lugnuts included in the price:-)

but a local auto store should have the ones you need as they are pretty much universal, if all else fail...goto toyota..
