If you're worried about the mod you could just get a new bumper, that way your old bumper wouldn't be damaged. Go to the junkyard and get one that's the same color as yours. It will be a little more $$ but if you don't want to cut up your bumper it's your only option.

It's no big deal. I just got some jdm headlights I'm going to adjust and wire up this weekend, so I'm cool. If I do come across a v6 coupe in my area to buy though, regardless of the year, I'm getting some clear depos.
