Just some General questions about my 94 XLE Camry...

Okay i wanna start by talking about wheels. I wanna get this wheel:


Their 18 x 7 with correct 5 x 114.3 lugs. The only problem is their +40 mm offset. Is this going to be a problem because the stock has +38 offset or is it alright and will work perfectly with no rubbing or anything? Also i heard making your wheels bigger decreases MPG gas mileage. Is this true and if it is how much do you think it will decrease by?

Also, Im planning to upgrade my sound system ( just change the reciever to a in-dash flip out dvd unit and swap the speakers out to newer ones because the bass on my stock really really stink) so is it necessary to upgrade the stock battery to a more powerful one or what?

The wheels will fit.

You dont need a stronger battery for the system.

id say replace the speakers and get like a cheap 10" sub and amp and you'll be good to go
