3rd & 4th Generation (1992–1996 & 1997–2001)Toyota Camry Discussion for years: 1992-1996 & 1997-2001
Topics of discussion range from fuel economy, safety, modifications, performance all involving America's favorite family car, the Toyota Camry.
they'll fit but it will require some modification. The bumper retaining bracket may have to be changed or altered, and you'll have to get a new grille (one that matches the headlights). It's really not worth doing unless you are haveing to rebuild the whole front end after a wreck.
they are all correct, search for a thread from redphoenix, he did a little write up after he did the conversion. It is discussed on here a lot, but if you cant find what youre looking for shoot me a pm, I did the conversion as well.
i just need some more head light and corners and a grille. mine got fucked up in a 9 car pile up haha but it only broke the mounting brakets on all of them lol. i have the cash to buy the depo's but i just wonder how much work is envolved in doing the mod???
Thanks for your ideas guys, my husband was asking the questions above (hence the black, not pink text!LOL) But just out of curiosity, doesnt depo make the headlights and clear corners for a 95? I found depos on ebay, and they say 92-94 on the box, but the listing says they will fit 92 93 94 or 95. Im a little confused. I just got a new body kit, and I dont really want to go sanding or cutting on it if I dont have to. Thanks guys.
the box is wrong, they just screwed the years up. Again, depos will fit the 95-96 if you cut just one small lip, youre probably going to have fitment issues with the kit anyway so it isnt going to hurt to do it right. Post up which kit it is, the kit might now even have the lip the 95-96 does.
Ok, Heres a pic of the front bumper. I dont know if it will help you at all, but its all I could get right now, seeing as how its just sitting in my hallway. Thanks
