My camry has steamed as long as I can remember after about an hour of driving when it rains, especially on long trips. It has always ran hot and had a slight burning smell. I have cleaned the engine but the smell either stayed or came back. Anyone experience the same problem and have a solution?

Are you saying the coolant is steaming up, car overheating? Smell like antifreeze? When engine cold, smell the fluid in the coolant overflow tank.

Check your hoses going on the top of the radiator and on the bottom. It MAY just be the way your car is, as I know that my car always smells a little like coolant/ATF after driving, especially in the rain.
