Bought mine directly from ViS. It was 401.50 plus 120 shipping. And I had it in less the 6 days. It is amazing. It fit almost perfect, they forgot to tell me to drill two little slots so that it would close. But that was easy enough and I love it. I have pics if you want to see it on my Camry.

As far as ebay is concerned.. lloking at the buy it now price plus adding in shipping the difference buying from ebay and ViS is only $50. My opinion is that if you are gonna spend this much on a CF hood, is $50 really gonna matter that much to you? In my case no, it wasn't a big deal. I would rather have the peice of mind that I got it directly from ViS and if there were any problems, I could just call and talk to them, which I did talk to them when I was installing the hood.

Here are my imagestation links... My car goes into the shop July 7th for body work. My RMM lip will be painted and attached, My lower door sills also painted and my BW sideskirts attached. Also some dents from a hail storm will be removed and my roof and trunk repainted. Now should I have part of my CF hood painted or should I go the route and use Vinyl?? Anyways.. Here ya go

Look's alright. I'm thinkin it might look sick if you paint your grille black and then put some black in the back of the headlights.

k, maybe this is a stupid question, but is it ok to paint a cf hood? cause if i got one i think it would look ugly being a totally diff color than the rest of the car, and i like the sleeper idea more, not lettin everybody know i got cf.

most carbon fiber hoods are suppose to be painted, they don't usually come w/ a great clear coat, not sure about the VIS.

carbon fiber is very irritated by UV rays, just make sure its got a good clear coat.
