Greasing sunroof tracks?

so I have a 1994 Camry XLE V6 with a sunroof. Just wondering if anyone knows how to grease the sunroof tracks?

I have never done it in the 7 years that I have owned the car, and while the sunroof isn't giving me any problems yet, I don't want to wait till it does. (My friends audi's sunroof just brook, dealer said a lack of lubrication burned out the motor)

any ideas?

what type of greast?

white lithium grease. You can either get the tube or spray can type. Works the same. But if you decide to get the spray can type, make sure you don't spray all over the interior when the sunroof is opened.

before you apply the grease, clean the tracks. You don't want the grease to be craped out by dust or dirt.

Apply some along the track especially places that the wheel will come into contact. Shut and open sunroof a couple of times. You're done.

Oh, while you're at it, clean the drain holes.
