been wondering the same thing but im kinda scared to go low and not realize their is one =\. Anyone know the MPG on 1994 Cam XLE V6'? i feel like im getting way low mpg compared to my 02 cam le
Even if there wasnt a low fule light (which there is), you know you can just look as the fuel guage right? When its at or near "E", you may want to fuel up.
But for some reason if you dont know how to read a fuel guage (cant imagine why you couldnt), and if you're low fuel light doesnt work, you can get about 350-400miles or so on a Gen3 Camry. Depending of course if you have an I4 or V6, and what the conditions are like,
I honestly don't understand how people are so afraid of running their cars low on gas. I don't think that once in the last 3 years I've had my camry, I have been to the gas station before the gas light came on. Am I the only one that knows my car will go at least 50-60 Miles AFTER the light goes on?

im in your boat. its almost like a game to me to see how many miles i can squeeze out between fills.
I heard that it's actually better for the car to fill it up when gets below half tank because the lower you get the more build up, sediments and particles there are in the tank. I could be wrong though.

I've heard its better to fill up before you reach 1/2 tank (at least in the winter). From my understanding, when you let it get below 1/2 tank, you get more moisture and condensation on the inside of the gas tank.
okay i know how to fill up when the gauge bar is on 'E'......
but after the gauge is on 'E' is what im saying. But nvm i think im getting low fuel mileage. I need to check because on my 94' i was only getting 15 MPG BUT i had a spark plug/ tune up problem so i had that fixed. Im going to test my mpg soon when i fill gas up
