auto to manual 98 v6

how much do you think it is to swap from auto to manual with everything from cluch pedal to tranny. i cant find anywhere to get it from. also i heard that it would mess with your ecu. is that true? is the manual faster than auto. my buddy told me it will be slower because of the bigger ratios. last question how long does it take to put in and is it a pain in the ass and worth because i dont want to waste my money. but i do like manual though. please help guys.

please do a search to answer this question

plenty of people have posted these questions up before. The tranny swap for a v6 and an i4 would be the exact same short of the actual transmission

when you have more specific questions to ask, please post again
