2000 Camry w/ keyless remote issue

Ok, so I bought a keyless remote from keylessride.com. I cycled the locks just like they said and they did exactly what they were supposed too, they locked and unlocked by themselves.

I then did the next step which was to press lock and unlock simutaneously on the remote...it didn't work I think I may have pressed the lock button alone at first. Anyway the time limit they gave me to do it(40 sec) had passed so I began the cycle again, and agin the locks locked by themselves but they didn't unlock this time and now I can't get the power locks to work, even from inside the car( the unlock button no longer unlocks all the doors).

Any ideas ??? I am stumped and feeling kinda defeated for even trying to do this by myself.

Thanks,
Christina

For your info some people reported to have tried more than 5 times to be successful.
It doesn't matter if you fail the first time. Keep trying, but do remember to remove keys from the ignition, each time you start from scratch. Here's the DIY of how to.

Take your time and I think you'll be alrite.

Hey thanks for the reply, unfortunately my problem is with the fact that all my power doors are no longer working.

It happened when I tried to cylcle a second time. After I finishe the cycle the door were supposed to lock and unlock 3 times but they only locked once and now none of my locks work(except manually)

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Christina

I didn't get a remote with the car. But I know there is a factory installed keyless entry. I almost had the remote programmed when the power locks stopped working.
