3rd Generation Legit Camry mods?

Its spring time and im finally getting around to putting some stuff into my camry, i found a bunch of mods and random additions online..and im wondering if they actually work or not...

right now the things im wondering about are

Turbonator part that goes in your air intake, to allow for better air intake..claims to add some HP and save gas? Anyone know if this works?

Throttle body spacer...I kno this should add some extra benefits..but how good is it?

Throttle body bypass kit(coolant mod) claims to add up to 8 hp....This legit?

One of the free mods I found to be useful was adjusting the throttle kick-down cable, which is located below the throttle cable. From my understanding, when you tighten it, you increase the pressure and it allows the transmission to shift faster.

How easy is the mod to do? Is it safe for your car? (long term?)
