Door sag problem

My drivers door is sagging. Its enough that you have to shut the door pretty hard to get it to shut all the way.

I know a lot of domestic cars have a replacable pin and bushing in the hinge. Anyone know what the toyota hinge is like? Can I replace the pin & bushing, or does the hinge unbolt, or - worst case - you have to cut off the hinges with a torch and weld new ones on...

thanks.

Pretty sure you need to remove the front fender, and adjust the door hinges accordingly. I did this on another car, and I found the keys to be using an assistant, loosening the hinge bolts just to the point you can readjust, and finally, patience.

Like is it sagging a little or a few inches, because my friend had this problem with his car and all we did is...
Open the door, put a jack under the opened door (with a rag) Loosen the "door stop strut bolt" (Black hinge with a bump in the middle). Then loosen the other hinges. Jack the door up little by little, keep tightening the door, and checking if it shuts. Like toyotabob said ^ patience.

Its sagging about 1/2 an inch. If I post a picture maybe you can tell me what bolts you are talking about? Not sure what you mean by the "door stop strut bolt". The brackets that are attached to the door, that hook into the hinges?
