howling sound

I have a 2000 Toyota Camry LE I4 and i noticed that my car seems to howel or whistle when i use the fan on any settings.. does anybody know why it makes this sound?

oh and do all camry's come with a security system? i don't see a security light anywhere.
and is there a way to program the remote to unlock all the doors at once?

Not all come with the security system. To be sure, you can always call the dealership and give them your vin number to find out if it does have the security system prior to you owning it.

Could be a worn blower motor bearing / bushing.
Odd for a 2000 though. How many miles on your car ?

It isnt really that good for the blower to run the fan speed high all the time. They get tired out if you do that too much or for extended periods of time. You could also check to make sure there is nothing in the air ducts. Have fun taking the interior apart to do that though.

Security system question: no
Remote question: NO. You need an aftermarket system to do that fancy stuff
