well at work today they where going to throw away a 5sfe, so i was like can i have it!!! and they said if you want a motor with a broke rod. and i was like is the head good??? they said yeah. so i got a spare head with 60,000 miles on it. give me some ideas with what to do with it?

You could always put it on ebay. I have a spare head from the engine I swapped out, I've been thinking of getting it rebuilt and port and polished and just keeping it until I get the urge to do a swap.

yeah i was thinking about building it but i dont know where to find any valves,springs,guides for the 2.2 head
