Please help.changed fuel injectors now high idle

00 Camry I changed two fuel injectors, new plenum gasket and plugs now I have a high idle problem and a flat spot when I try to accellerate.I hooked up and re-checked all vacuum lines.I spent half the day working on it and it runs worse then ever.ANY ideas?? It's a V-6 with 80.000 miles.

Did you unplug your battery? You might need to reset the ECU.

Yes I disconnected it for 2-3 minutes my engine light is on too.I was hoping that maybe the ECM may have to simply reset itself so I took it for a short drive but got spooked when it stumbled pretty bad on acceleration I thought it might die so I went home.

Weird. Are the two you replaced on the fuel rail the same as the other two that are in there? Because if you have varying fuel spray ratios (cc's) it can get pretty ugly.

The other thing I might think of is double checking your distributor and spark wires. I had a problem with those the other day during some work....

Ah. I've never owned a V6. Wish I did though. Damn 4banger.

I used to have a Mercedes 600SEL V12. That thing was a beast.
