Painted mudguards

Have anyone painted their mudguards before ?

I want to paint my camry 98 xle v6 mudguards, would you think it would look good ?
I think its pretty cool idk...

i just wouldnt paint the side that faces the tire. debris is constantly being pelted at that side so it would probably chip pretty quickly.

paint, it looks much better, i want to get 4 new ones becase first of all im missing the RH Pass. Side, ( ), all the others look beat-up.

Match them to the color of the car...(had to say this even thought it makes me feel like a newb)

I had painted ones on my gen 3 for a while, looked pretty good... just make sure you only paint the back of them and leave the fender side black, then they should look pretty nice...

You need to do a lot of sanding and have a very durable clear coat or else the paint will chip and crack on you, thats what happened to mine after a few months.

I took mine off my old gen3...looked ALOT better...however, my paint was no where near as good as yours, so it would get rid of the protection they give you
