Adjusting Toe-in

Have any of you guys adjusted your toe-in before? Today I was adjusting my coilover setup and one of the perches was really tight so when I was loosening it I moved the whole assembly shifter inwards, this was on the passenger side. After everything was put back my steering was completely off, the steering wheel has to be held to the left to keep the car straight. So I checked it out and when my steering wheel is straight the passenger side wheel is straight but the driver's side the front of the tire points inwards.

So basically my question is how to adjust the toe with the tie rod? I want to just try this out before I go and get an alignment done by my mechanic. Sorry for the long post.

i have adjusted the toe on a couple of cars, but not the camry. in those cases on the tie rod end there is something that looks to be like two nuts that run along a threaded section. the smaller one (i believe the smaller one was located closer to the wheel) locks the adjustment and keeps it from moving. the other is what either lengthens or shortens the tie rod end. so in your case, loosen the locking nut on the drivers side and shorten the length by spinning the other nut. tighten the lock again. i hope this helps.
