also how does the tire light work. i know the tire has a tire pressure sensor.. but if theres no wire going to it how does it know when a tire is low inorder to tell the ecu if theres no harness or any wire that goes to the sensor and how does it know if the spare is low.. this is some funny shit here.. please help me out..

are u sure ur in the right forum , only the gen6, as in 07+, camrys have drive by wire and tire pressure meters. this is the gen3 and 4 forum(92-01). unless im missing somthing. Drive by Wire or DBW meant that the throttle is controlled ultimatly by the ECU...not ur foot. most people dont like it cuz it doesnt give u instant acceleration and causes u to jump or peel out from stops if ur not used to it. its also bad for racing. im sure yota will drop it after this generation(i hope).

My Mom's '05 has that drive by wire shit. I peel out every time I drive it. I think you are right about the Gen 6 though bigbird.

The tire pressure sensor is inside the tire mounted on the rim. It can send a signal to a monitor in the car. Each sensor has its own code.

With fly-by-wire system, throttle position has become just one more input to the ECU. The ECU now decides how to respond, your foot is overridden by the ECU. Toyota claims all kinds of advantages to this system but I think it is really there to improve emissions and to a certain extent MPG.

This observation was stated in an earlier response to this post, but the questions were still asked.
