4th Generation Looking for tips

Hey guys, I have a 97 Camry LE and I just had a few questions about upgrades I've been wanting to do to it.
1. For those of you who have yours lowered, do you know approx. how much it costs per inch?
2. Do they still make body kits for gen 4? I've been looking on google but I can only find ones for gen 4.5 and I don't know if they would fit.
3. Do they make aftermarket head or tail lights for gen 4? (similar to http://www.andysautosport.com/images/detailed_product/lights/tail_lights/anzo_03-tm2001tla.jpg)
4. Is there any way I can get a little more performance out of it? I know it's only a camry and I have the 4 cyl but there has to be something, right?

Thanks in advance, I have some stuff in mind I want to do besides what is above like tinting, smoked lights, and some nice rims (probably 17'')

Here's a pic of her:

its not cost per inch. lowering springs for the camry are usually around $200

yes they make them for the gen 4. the gen 4.5 "fits" too. but u have to get the gen4.5 headlights. (not worth it ?) check ebay..... they only have like 3 styles

There are no tail lights exactly like that (no altezzas), but they do sell an outer light with a clear blinker lense. Here's what they look like...

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/97-98...spagenameZWDVW

When you need stuff like that (and the front clear blinkers) just check ebay, its the same product for half the price as any of the sites you'll find on google.
The one thing you should know is that while the rear clear blinkers look nice, they do not match the reverse lights and will make them look old. You could just tint em red like alotta guys do. It looks clean and its a lot cheaper Here's my 99...

Yeah, "Rip Modds" over here in NY used to do superchargers for 4cylinders. The owner used to have a 97 Camry. Not sure if he still does em, but ppl from all over the country bring their cars to this guy.

I just taped off the exact spot of amber, and used red tail tint from here;

http://www.xtremewhite.com/act_home-searchAction.cfm

The key is with each layer of paint you spray, just blowdry it. A regular old blowdryer and patience does the trick
And there ya go

ps I'm from Staten Italy lol (maybe thats only funny if you're from staten island, cuz it seems to be over run by us white boys with our fancy rides )

yeah, the trunk has a lotta work to it because of how its raised. They had to cut out the whole oval and then weld in new metal i think.

the tail lights are a spray tint like most ppl use to smoke them. that web site has it in every color, blue, red, orange, yellow. its quality paint. i tried the whole tape thing and honestly, its $#it. just use the blowdryer and the paint, it'll give the best results. plus that way you can control the color by how many coats you put on and the light still shines through great.
I used the yellow on the front headlights. I get alotta flak for it, but yellow hids are becoming more popular here and I wanted to do something a little different, so I came up with this...
