GEN 4 the offset game!!

okay guys i need your input for your wheels..

my car is currently going thru some changes (yes shes about to explode) but seriously

i need some input on offsets.. this is a hard game

the general concensus is for every 1/2 inch its about 5mm of give (go lower in offset)

so 19x7 is around +47 19x7.5 is +42 (no fender roll really needed) 19x8 38+ (fender roll)

19x8.5 +33 (negative camber in rear)

so my first consideration is: 19x8.. (as the wheels i want are in this width/size)

but my fenders are getting a wider treatment thanks to a 1 off kit..

this gives me about 1" more worth of play in the wheel well for front and rear..

so by my guestimates a 19x8 +28 should feasibly work considering im adding 1" worth of gap in the rear, and not going as wide as a 8.5 strut clearence wont be an issue..

i need to resolve this before i put in the order..

now fronts tend not to be a problem for clearence, but i need them pushed far out as possible so my guess would be a 30+ for front to push it further out against the side (also flared)

help guys its a bit confusing for the offset game..

numbers need to be dialed in before i can order or imma get rapped when they come in on fitment (or have to pay to have the order changed)
