Sorry but dont know anything about getting rid of the clicking sound of the turn signal.....as for the battery....if you mean increase the performance...than no....ifyour battery is so bad that it needs a jump everytime you need to start.....you should buy a new battery....but it will not increase performace by any means
I actually like the clicking noise. It reminds me to turn it off if it does not automatically go off, haha. My mom's car barely makes a noise, and I forget to turn it off.
