4th Generation What temp

I want clear corners on my gen 4 camry, and im pretty sure the orange reflector (at least i hope) just pops out, and i can put a clear reflector or something in there, but how?

Im pretty sure you put the oven to like its lowest setting, let it cool a bit, then put the lgihts in and then they just pop open? I tried prying it open, but it didnt work. So any help is appreciated, please. I really want to white out my headlights, it looks infinitely better that way.
