Post Rubber or Polyurethane?

I'm looking to change my bushings soon as i am getting ready to change my stock susp. setup to a H&R/Tokico combo. Right now, my cam-dawg has 146K miles and on bad roads, I get alot of road noise which I hate. Will the new suspension compensate(meaning stay the same) for the noisy polyurethane? Or will it be even noisier?

well if ur changing to performance suspension then ur gonna hear the road even more anyways. ud want Polyurethane to improve performance, not to lessen road noise, Polyurethane are actually kinda squeeky. if u want less road noise then go and dynomat the car, that stuff works wonders.

Use white lithium grease prodigiously and try some teflon tape to reduce the squeakiness when installing bushings.

Cool

Poly set with 3M Window Weld poly.
Hit the bushings with sand paper to roughen it up so it retains more grease.

Drill & tap both the bugshings and brackets themselves so you can install a grease fitting for easy re-lubrication.

the hole of the bushing can be roughened with a large bolt threaded in to cut some grooves.

Use push in type zerk fittings. I will be doing this soon.
