Strange Camry noise

Went for a trip over the weekend. During the trip I stopped and bought a can of seafoam and put it in the tank. A little while later while driving i started to notice the car shaking on acceleration, with it being most prominent around 70-80. The car still ran and got me home, Temp stayed in normal range as per dash and I just changed the oil

Today, while working on the light failure sensor (great fix, btw) I had the car runnign and heard a FAINT tapping noise from the engine. When I rev the motor I dont hear it any more, but still feel like something's off. From above the motor I barely hear it and from the wheel well I again barely hear the noise.

I immediately fear the worst for rosie, but at the sametime am thinking that the seafoam might have fouled one of the plugs. Any suggestion. thanks in adnavce.

I assume seafoam was added to an empty tank and you filled it up? Otherwise it may not have mixed all that well. Are you sure you are not hearing a noise (ie lifters, value lash) that was already there, except now you have become paranoid?!
