Post Drum to disc brake conversion...

Anyone here take on this task?? How much it run you? I'm a pretty aggressive driver, so that calls for aggressive braking at times. During those times, my car takes a pretty mean dive. Not to say I dont go excessively fast, but I think maybe putting some discs back there would help keep the car even during braking... One more thing.. Steel brake lines. Worth it or no?
