I am at 180,000 miles - have just done timing belt second time & water pump once Old water pump looked as good as new
Plugs should have been done once already on yours so maybe skip for a while
I have never changed plug wires & don't think it is worth it till a misfire. Check that thermostat is closed on cold start by holding a hose to rad unless t/s is toasted you will get very little heat to your hand - no big deal to change when it fails so wait
Forget the piston rings till you are burning significant oil. I agree with other stuff unless done already-- no performance increase out of most of the list
