Can someone with a 3vz-fe do me a fav?

go outside and start your car

pop the hood and push down and/or wiggle the lower fuse box on the right hand side (the one thats connected to the fender and is the longest)

and then report back to me if your car stalls out or bogs while youre moving it around

if not, can someone tell me why mine would do that?

thanks!

oh hello btw, it's been a while

nope, still get electrics and no CEL

the car literally clicks off - if i pop the hood and re-ground the fuse box it fires right up and runs like new

edit: just tore down the box and upon inspection the wire leading into a harness that plugs into the back of a fuse had pulled free - the jiggling of the box must of restored the connection temporarily.

it started to rain before we could put everything back together but hopefully this is the reason, it would seem that it would be the culprit and I will report back with my findings just in case someone else is having a similar problem

Do you notice anything else moving around?

Could be a bad ground somewhere else.

I am pretty sure the problem is solved, after a road-test yesterday it seems that loose wire was the cause of the random shut-offs

so if anyone else experiences a problem like that, this may be your solution!
