the junk yards won't have any since they either sell the engine, or if it's still in the car, you will have to tear it apart to get to the knock sensors
I've seen a number floating around on ebay though, so you could go that route
otherwise, you could also just rewire your single signal from one knocksensor into two and trick the ecu that way. you can either rewire it at the knocksensor side (be careful not to ground it improperly) or on the ecu side

I have the 55 code. Do you have the writeup for rewiring 2 into 1 at the computer, so I can avoid breaking the engine half way down?
ah, you have obdI and the 3vz, I presume, so I'm not sure which wires are which. If you had the 1mz, then I have the wiring diagram to show you.
If you have your haynes manual, they have a decent wiring diagram in the back that will show you the colors of the knock sensor wires.
Generally speaking, they are copper wires covered with a clear plastic wiring cover. I'm not sure which one will be which either without the wiring diagram on hand, so splice them together with a small piece of wire in the middle connecting both and it will feed off of whichever one is giving a good signal.

So do I just figure out which wires are for bank 1 and 2, then splice a wire between the 2 at the computer wiring harness?
The ES300 book for a 3vzfe shows the diagram on page 408, not very clear, but i guess ones KNK1 and the other KNK2. Are these the ones I splice?
