to add abs to a non abs car? I have a gen3 and I want to do the rear disc conversion, and was wondering how hard it would be to add the abs system.

Anything is possible, if you are willing to spend enough money to do it, but I would have to say this one is not practicle IMHO. It would be easier and cheaper to find a generation 3 that already has ABS and purchase that car.

second that. the 2 reasons to do it, saftey and resale, wouldnt be worth it. learn to brake well(not that u dont know) and no one needs abs. and resale, the vin will show that the car is without abs and some buyers shy away from older cars with abs because its somthing else that can break.

i have ABS on my 95 Camry LE 4cyl ...

honestly, i dont think its worth it if you dont already have it ... ull do just as fine without it

however converting to discs is prolly worth it without the ABS
