Question RPMs @ Highway speeds

Hey all; searched the forums, couldn't find anything, so just a quicky here.

I'm '95 camry 4-cyl.

I was wondering if anyone else who is basically driving around a stock '95 4-cyl like me could tell me what RPMs their engine runs at when driving highway (70-80mph range, just cruisin along, not with the pedal dropped or anything, hah)?

Alright, just wondering; take a peek at the RPM gauge for me next time you're crusin at that and let me know. My car feels like it's running high, but I don't know if i'm just crazy or what.

Take it easy.

Not sure if it would help much, but my '94 V6 probably gets to around 2-3K RPM's around 70-80mph.

80 you should be looking around 3K

my v6 hits 3K at exactly 82mph. I forgot if the i4's ran higher or not.

On my 2000 LE 4-cyl, I am turning 2200 RPM @ 60 MPH. About 2500-2600 @ 70 MPH, tad under 3000 RPM @ 80 MPH.
