i have a 1995 camry v6 i heard that you can get an engine from japan that they pull out of the cars over there cause of there heavy emissions laws. is this true and where do you get them from

Thought it had more to do with the mandatory auto inspections (costs, fees, etc) that got higher and more frequent as the car got older.
