Lowering, ebay. Tokico Struts, Intrax, Eibach or H&R springs. Intrax is lowest, Eibach is the least drop. I have the Intrax and love it. Cat back exhaust will have to be custom as far as I know. Borla, Magnaflow, Apexi, Greddy, pick your poison. Take it to a shop that does good mandrel bent stuff!

Most likely the shop don't carry mandrel bend pipes so you either do regular pipes or buy them online and give it to them to use it and buy a quality brand universal muffler like apexi, magnaflow, hks, borla and others like it. Don't go cheaper than mangaflow for mufflers and they are $100 bucks on ebay or you will regret it lol.Should be able to do it all under $500 bucks.

the 99-01 solara exhaust should fit so you can use the apexi ws if you want to or you could get the jp engineering exhaust

In changing you toyota exhaust system, you need to change the configuration of your toyota exhaust manifold according to your RPM needs, you can choose from 4-2-1 and 4-1 configurations, In addition to this you also need to upgrade you exhaust pipe to a bigger diameter then lasltly change your stock muffler to a bigger one to accomodate more air pressure caused by bigger exhaust pipe diameter.

Unless you're going for some serious power a new manifold isn't necessary.
