3rd Generation 95 camry project finished (1 picture)

I know there is always more you can do to a car, and people will always find stuff wrong with it. although this is my first vehicle i have owned, and im happy of the result. everytime you get something new, the first thing you will here is ''wow thats nice, now all you have to do / or get is ...... " everytime. also im not ending this project here because after i graduate H.S (next year) im selling it and starting off with a new car. so i will not be making any more major upgrades. anyway, here is the result.

Its definitely different!

Paint it solid white or blue
loose the wing
Drop it
Needs signal lights

.....but good ideas anyway!

It seems you are missing your signal lights =P

A drop would make it look better. As for the wing.. not my cup of tea but to each his own.

I would say drop it a little more. The kit looks nice. Any interior picks?

Thumbs up

I like the paint. Who did it?
I would leave the stock springs alone, but that is just me. (I need the thing to ride as easy as possible on my old, arthritic back...and have ridden in too many dropped cars that ride like total C-R-A-P and scrape...to want to do it.)

Though the wing is not my thing, I think your paint scheme flows to it pretty well.

It is EXCELLENT in one way for sure: The car is original. Don't let anyone dictate what your car should be. Kind of sad that even in the custom scene, people often go with "mod-du-jour" instead of doing what they like themselves.

I applaud you for taking your ideas and making them reality.

I wish I had a dollar for everytime I have heard people at a meet picking apart other peoples cars...only to see them drive off in a wal-mart hubcapped bondo-laden crapbucket...that did not even come CLOSE to the vehicle they were just talking crap about.

I wish my daily driver had that paint on it. Good 4 u man!!

Overall it's a pretty decent car. If you want complete honesty I don't like the painted wipers or the big wing. I'd also lose that sticker on your windshield unless it's representing a car club you're in or something (it's hard to read from the pic). The paint job looks great, not bad at all. If you're looking to do anything else I'd drop it a little and definitely try to find some turn signals to fit up front. Question: Did you go with style only on the car or is there something you're hiding under that hood? Either way, it looks nice man, very well done.

I'd have to agree with everyone else. I like the paint. Loose the wind. Put on an OEM spoiler. Lower the car. 1" with Eibach springs will make a hell of an apperance inprovement. And either put in the OEM signals, or fill it in to be smooth.

About the Blinkers, it looks to me as if you need the European ones for that bumper, which would explain why you do not have any on. If that is the case, let me know, and I'll locate some for you.

i wouldnt paint it solid, but you definitely need more blue paint ... the white is overwhelming and the white should be used as details

i would change the wheels and tires to something a lil more racey ... maybe white rims with lower profile tires ... which should allow for an Eibach springs drop

and yeah, its obvious that you need the signal lights back in there

i would keep the wing just because of the styling of your car, it fits well

i would add some neon in the front grille [upper] to match everything else

other than that, lets see the interior!

Random paintjob that looks like it was designed in the middle of history class. Missing corner lights (how are you signaling?). Neon lights. Cheap-looking wheels that look like they'd shatter if they touched a curb (maybe it's just the low quality pic). Huge aluminum wing. Random gothic lettering splattered across your windshield. White wipers. No drop. Sorry not digging it.

Um... at least you have nice sideskirts.

The paint job is pretty cool IMO. Not exactly my personal fav, but alot better then other custom jobs i've seen on cars around here.

ok, i see a lot of people talking about lowering, and yes this is a major consideration, only problem is fiberglass body kit. which i live in MS and the roads arent exactly, what we say that perfect.. so im kinda iffy.. yes, i agree, that spoiler i dislike , i got it before the body kit and when i put it on it just did not flow right.. so things i would change is..

duraflex body kit (instead of fiberglass)
fiberglass lower wing, maybe about 5 inches at max.
for sure different front bumper, i hate it.
lowering a couple inches if i didnt have fiberglass..

the only reason i haven't lowered is cause of the fiberglass body.

as far as signal lights, ive tried to get with many people on here to customize me some signal lights to fit this bumper, (seeing that must be custom made), and i would pay them there price (it being reasonable, less then 100) but no1 has taken the offer

Not bad but to each their own. IMO, lose the wing, drop it or get bigger wheels and reinstall the signal lights.
