Exclamation Freakin Window Regulator!!

So, my window regulator (im assuming) decided to poop on me this weekend. The window wont roll up, but I hear the motor turning when i hit the switch. I got the door panel off, but im sorta lost as to how the window goes up. Its really hard to see inside. I dont care if I fix this right away, I'm just wondering if there's a way to make the window stay up before it rains!

Work it up and then jam something between the glass and the frame to hold it. I've used cereal box cardboard folded and pressed in near the front bottom inside corner and pushed down so it's barely visable. The replacement mechanism is supposed to be stronger than original and I've never had the same window fail twice so I guess it's true. Good luck.

Got the whole thing out.... resorted to taking the glass out, so I guess I should go get a new regulator asap so I can put it all back together. At least I saved myself the labor costs.

oh geeze thats thats nothing
you wouldnt believe how hard it is to find a passenger side regulator for a 1994 coupe
it took me all last summer and alot of work and cash to finally find one online
3 months to find it, 30 min to install it (i knew that door inside out hehe)
i had to suffer through the whole summer with a wedged-closed window
i used a sponge sander sitting in the bottom of the door and a piece of scrap wood to push up and it worked wonderfully

That was actually pretty easy. The mechanic tried to scare me and tell me I wouldnt be able to do it, but I did.
