Internals of 1mzfe and 3vzfe, are they interchangeble?

Like the subject says, can you use parts from each to build a better engine? We know both of have their strong and weak points. The 1mzfe alloy block is light weight, but has weak conrods compared to the 3vzfe. Is it possible to use the 3vzfe crank and rods in the 1mzfe? Also, the 3zvfe is said to have alot of lowend grunt compared to the 1mzfe due to the duration of the cams. Could you use the cams from the 3vzfe in the 1mzfe, or maybe use the entire head?

Is the crankshaft in the 1mzfe and 3zvfe the same?

Who makes forged parts for both engines, and how does the stock pistons handle boost?

It would be nice if the 3VZ rods work in the 1MZ... that would be nice. I dont see why not, considering they are both engines are the same stroke.

...would be a cheap way to reinforce the 1MZFE bottom end without paying for aftermarket forged rods.
