Very easy my friend, just did it today. As long as you just got front brake pads, which you prob only needed they go alot faster, then this will help.
1. Jack up your car
2. Take off the wheel
3. You'll see your brakes and calipers, and in the back there will be 2 screws connecting to the caliper. Take those two off, and you will be able to release the caliper from the rotor.
4. You can now take out the two pins holding the pads to the caliper, and take out the brake pads after.
5. You will now need to compress the caliper that pushes the brake pad to the rotor with a compression tool found at any autoparts store.
6. Once they are compressed, put the new pads in correctly (pretty much self knowledge, just put it back together with the new pads and put the caliper back on the rotor)
7. Then tighten the screws back in, and your all set! I may have been a little vague on a few parts, but its so very easy you'll understand what to do right when you start. Just dont hurt yourself! And put everything back the way you took it off. Do the same to the other wheel, and your done.
8. When your all finished, pump the brake to push the cylinder back out and push brake fluid through the lines. NEW BRAKES ARE NICE!
Hope that helped. You'll do it just fine.
