:'( No longer a camry owner

This is why.

As much as i disliked that car, it was my car. I put my heart and soul making it into my own. So sad to see it go.

Damn fords need better brakes... and better drivers.

The Ford probably hit the brakes and squatted under the Camry.

I think FL is one of those states where if you rear end someone, it's automatically your fault. So that person driving the Ford SUV is probably going to get raped. Well, the insurance company will probably have to pay out. If they don't pay out because it exceeds the limit of the policy, you probably can file suit against the driver or owner directly. If you have collision and underinsured/unisured motorist coverage, your insurance will pay you and if they can't get their money from the at fault motorist's insurance company, they will go after the responsible party directly.

Dont know yet. I gotta wait 72 hours for the police report to find out who's at fault for what.

I do have full coverage, so if her insurance doesnt pay up i just have to pay a $500 deductable.

Yea i wouldnt mind parking it in her rear end again.

The worst part is, tomorrow is my graduation. Actually, this happened on the way home from practice. The girl who hit me is my classmate as well as the person i got pushed into.

A pile up! That sux man. But you're right about the hot chick.

When I lived in St Pete and was driving somewhere, I always felt like I was taking my life in my hands. Florida drivers are crazy!

you should try ft lauderdale either in the morning, around lunch time, or between 5&6PM. You gotta have balls/skills to get anywhere

That's sad. Someone hit my mom's car. It was a very good car and hard to get. It was a Toyota Camry SE 93. Some worker driving a company van did not stop and crash in back of my mom's car. It was a total lost.

Depending on the year and mileage of the car, it may not be a total lost but you just have to wait and see what the insurance company says.
