Are there any major problems with fitting a Gen 4.5 clear corner on a Gen 4 camry?

I know that the headlights are a no go unless I do major mods, but what about the corners?

you can buy the Euro Clear Corner from eBay (GEN4) around $25.

Your going to have to cut the bumper to make the 4.5 clear corners fit.. And there is no difference between the 4 & 4.5 Corners.. Besides the 4.5 are bigger but the design is the same...

I've never seen it like that, those Aussie clear corners look quite different

How do SAFELY cut the bumper to make these fit? I have the same issue.
