Debaging

hey guys i was wondering....could i debage the Toyota and the Camry LE emblems off or are they screwed in because i know the toyota symbol is screwed in but i didnt know if the other stuff on the trunk was

btw this is a 97 camry le

All the rest of my '97xle were glued on. No screws.

you should be able to. i know mine was only holding on with 2 sided tape

was the toyota symbol glued on too or just the TOYOTA and CAMRY XLE parts only

toy symbol is glued as well if ur not sure pop ur truck open and move the carpet kit from top part of trunk to make sure if so u will see screws going thruogh

i rember now my bad the toyota is screwed in the symbol is taped sry man i forgot because its shaved for a long time took that stuff off 10 yrs ago

i was about to say because my bro has a gen 3 camry and his were screwed in so i just wanted to know if anything changed in the gen 4

I know it's not much help, but on my '94 XLE both the Toyota name and the trim model had clips in them.

all are glued in, only the actual symbol has 2 screws

and when your done be sure to wax the area to blend in the paint that was underneath the emblems

thanks i looked in the trunk and i saw the two screws and i made sure there werent any for the other emblems because i dont want to take them off and then see screw wholes

no glue, just tabs on back of the emblems to stick into the holes on trunk...my CAMRY sign fell off from scraping it long time ago while i was doing a car wash, and i never glued it back on
