4th Generation Mechanic Near Ellicott City, MD

PLease let me know if anybody can help me or you guys can tell me where to find a mechanic who can fit a catalytic converter in my 99 V6 Camry. I already have the part (Cat Converter and Y pipe assembly) which I purchased from the internet. No shop seems to do it for me.

The name of the site is www..com. Good stuff for low prices.
PLease let me know where I can get it done...like give me some numbers where i could call and get an estimate. MIDAS seems to be a bit too expensive according to me. I'll give them a call too. the problem is nobody wants to fix a part purchased by the customer
