Terrible Hella 9006 bulb

Today I bought a new 9006 bulb.
I boought the NOKYA Arctic white Stage II.
So I took out the old Hella Optilux XB bulb.
The Hella bulb become like this...

I have never seen a bulb like this...
Amazing!
The bulb have used no longer than 1 year.
I think maybe only 9 or 10 months.

BTW,the light of NOKYA Arctic white is more white(or blue) than the HELLA Optilux XB.

I have Nokya's in mine, although they are H11, they are pretty good for the price. Although I got 7000K so they're not the brightest. Thats why I ordered an HID kit

Bulbs typically look like that if they have residual oils on their surface that act as an insulator for heat and end up warping the bulbs. I've seen that plenty when owners typically don't take the time to use alcohol to wipe down their bulbs before installation.

Yeah I was going to say it's definately from some type of oil when you installed them. You cannot touch your fingers to bulbs like that or that is what happens.

higher the Kelvin on halogen bulbs, the dimmer the bulbs are. Thats why theres HID, which gives you the right Kelvin temperature but not sacrificing any light. Why did you buy a new pair of nokya's and then switch to HID? were you just trying out the nokyas for fun?

Thanks for all of your opinions.
I know that can't touch the bulb's surface.
I usually use the kitchen paper towel to clean the bulb.
This hella is 80w, and so is the new Nokya one.

If you noticed, you will see the bubble is in the upper side of bulb.(when the bulb installed inside the headlight)
So I still think the reason is the heat had accumulated in the upper side,
and the bulb material is not good enough.
I had used some H4 bulbs in other cars before.
Some were Philips 130/100w, and some were Osram 100/90w.
They all made in Germany and had never happened like this.
