Whats the voltage on the battery while the car is off?

Did you check to see that your terminals are connected securely?

Whats the voltage when the car is on?

Do you run the sub/amp when the car is off?

4-5 times to turn the engine over, or 4-5 times of turning over to start?

Engine cranks normal? Hard starting when hot or cold, both? Might check IAC valve.

So you turn the key and nothing happens, that 4-5 times? Or, you turn the key and the engine turns over but won't start, you do this 4-5 times?

so when you turn 4-5 times, you hear this "click" sound and nothing happen right...!

mate you're having the same problem as i am. how many km has your camry done??? if it has done more than 150,000km and you have not changed or replaced the Starter, i would suggest you get a brand new starter, about $150usd-$250.
